Because "every part of the dream is alive", (Steve Larsen), Livingdream work is numinous*-- transcendent, intuitive dream work which utilizes projective dream work as the foundational practice-- and delves into the worlds of Shamanic dreaming and a Kabbalistic exploration of dream. Livingdream Work is depth dream work, using dream theater, dream re-entry, spontaneous writing and visual arts and deep sharing to unravel deeper layers of our dreams.
Livingdream Work as a Spiritual Path:
Set an intention to dream, to remember your dreams, to receive guidance from dream. Record your dreams upon waking. Write from your dreams, reflect on your dreams, honor the dream. Together, we can explore the deeper meanings of the images that grace your mind's eye when you sleep.
Together, we can unlock the mystery and messages.

As Tibetan Buddhist of the Bon tradition, Tenzin Wangyl Rinpoche
reminds us: we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping. Because so much of our lives are lived in the dream time, many spiritual traditions involve dreaming as an essential
part of their cultures.
Jung's "Royal road to the unconscious" provides us with the means to transcend our waking lives journey and enter more deeply into the land of collective and personal symbologies. Projective Dreamwork, insight provoking and community building- is the foundational dream work practice. Many paths and
continuous practice takes us into further relationship with our dreams.
Livingdream work teaches us how to
identify dream guides and totem animals; how to recognize when dreams of the
departed are actually dream-time visits; to experience awareness and adventures in lucidity;and to explore dream divination that
comes with information for our physical healing, as well as pre-cognition of
what may unfold in our lives.
As the Talmud teaches, "Nothing befalls an individual that hasn't already happened in a dream".
